Foster Contract
All Foster Families are required to sign a "SRC Foster Contract". This protects the Foster Family, and Schnauzer Rescue Cincinnati. It also clarifies the Foster Families requirements, and SRC's role.
Download the PDF form here. Save the PDF to your computer, open with Adobe Acrobat Reader, read, sign, and date the contract. Save these changes, and email your saved Foster Contract PDF to srcadoption@gmail.com. You may also, print the Foster Contract from the PDF, and mail to Amy Figgins per the instructions at the bottom of the form.
